RESERVE EARLY AS SEATING IS LIMITED.  WE OPERATE ON A STRICT FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS!!!

We are committed to doing our absolute best with regards to maintaining all scheduled dates and will provide as much advance notification for any change(s) with the advertised dates; however, our Concert and Sporting Event schedules are subject to change with or without notice!

• PAYMENT REQUIRED AT TIME OF RESERVATION WITHOUT EXCEPTION!  In the event an Attendee can no longer attend or must cancel their reservation(s), the Attendee is permitted to transfer or resell, up to five (5) calendar days prior to the scheduled date of departure.  *PLEASE NOTE: From time to time, ROLLER COACH & TOURS, Inc. may offer or have a "Standby List" of individuals interested in attending.  Please feel free to contact our office for assistance with transferring or reselling your reservation(s); however, ROLLER COACH & TOURS, Inc. cannot and does not guarantee any successful transfer or resale.  In the event a concert or sporting event is listed as "SOLD OUT" on our website, we still encourage you to contact our office as additional reservations may become available.

• We recommend all attendees  be present at the designated boarding location, at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled departure time in order to ensure timely boarding for an on-time departure and arrival.  *Late Arrivals and/or "No Shows" are subject to immediate forfeiture of their reservation without a refund or compensation of any kind!  Attendees with pre-paid reservations will receive priority boarding. Walk-on Attendees will only be accepted and permitted for Concerts and Sporting Events at the final boarding location of the scheduled route; subject to seat availability. Walk-on Attendees shall submit their payment directly to the Coach Operator in the form of cash at time of boarding.

• Be advised, boarding locations are subject to change.  From time to time, ROLLER COACH & TOURS, Inc. may designate additional boarding locations or eliminate a boarding location as needed based on the geographic location of reservations received.  Attendees will receive their Boarding Pass(es) along with a reservation confirmation via e-mail, five (5) calendar days prior to the scheduled date of departure with their designated departure location and time.  All Attendees are responsible for knowing and should verify their assigned boarding location and time when reviewing their reservation confirmation paperwork.

• Attendees securing seat reservations of thirty (30) or more may elect to designate a boarding location exclusively for their group.  Subject to approval with restrictions and additional travel surcharges may apply depending of the selected geographic location.

• Alcoholic beverages are permitted, however, alcohol consumption by a minor, a person under twenty-one (21) years of age, is illegal and therefore strictly prohibited on board.  For your safety, the safety of others, and our Coach Operator, we urge those that wish to consume alcoholic beverages, to do so responsibly!  We kindly ask all Attendees to be mindful and respectful of fellow Attendees regarding the use of overhead storage compartments by only bringing small compact coolers on board.  Most of our buses come nicely equipped with sizable storage compartments providing plenty of space for larger tailgate items.

• All Attendees are encouraged to show their appreciation with a gratuity to your Coach Operator(s).
